Conveyancing on a standard residential purchase$990

$990 is $900 + GST, plus disbursements — the third-party costs such as title searches, certificates and PEXA fees, passed on at cost. Your contract review is part of it. What counts as standard is on the pricing page. Paid to them, not to us. Never required.

Not legal advice. Calls are with an independent, licensed partner conveyancer or solicitor, who may pay us for the introduction. Once you verify your mobile, our team may call you once about the free call; a partner firm gets your details only if you book or ask for an introduction; see our terms.

Is it really free?

Yes. The preview, the full report and the 20-minute call with a partner conveyancer or solicitor cost you nothing. You verify your mobile number by text message to open the full report; no card, no sign-up.

How do you make money?

If you go on to use the partner conveyancer or solicitor, they pay us for the introduction. You never pay Xunmu, and you are never obliged to use anyone we introduce.

How many free reports can I get?

Ten in any seven days per mobile number. The same contract again doesn't count. Need more? Ask us from the report page and we'll usually say yes.

What's in the 20-minute call?

A free call with an independent, licensed partner conveyancer or solicitor about your contract and your report. Book it from your report once it's open; we call you within 2 hours in business hours to arrange it. If the first one isn't the right fit, we'll arrange another.

What if I'm happy with them?

Conveyancing on a standard residential purchase is $990 ($900 + GST) plus disbursements — the third-party costs such as title searches, certificates and PEXA fees, passed on at cost. Reviewing your contract is part of it. It is paid to them, not to us.

What counts as a standard residential purchase?

A standard residential purchase means an established home in NSW (house or strata unit), one Torrens or strata title, bought by individuals who are Australian citizens or permanent residents, to live in or rent out. Off-the-plan or unregistered lots, company, trust or SMSF buyers, foreign buyers needing FIRB approval, multiple titles or subdivisions, commercial or rural land, and special arrangements such as lease-backs or deceased estates are quoted separately.

Is this legal advice?

No. Xunmu is not a law firm. Your report is general information about your contract. A licensed conveyancer or solicitor gives you advice, and we can introduce you to one.

What if you can't read my contract?

Scanned contracts are fine: we read every page with text recognition, tick boxes included. If a page comes out unclear, the report names it so you can check it yourself.

Which contracts do you review?

The standard NSW Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land: houses, apartments, townhouses, off-the-plan and vacant land.
